About the Card

This card was painted with Italy on the mind. Before an engagement, before the trip itself, there was the anticipation of it, long afternoons dreaming about lemon groves, warm summers and the particular kind of joy that comes with planning something wonderful. That feeling found its way into this collection, and into this card.

Watercolour lemons and green leaves fill the design alongside small, soft pink flowers and the kind of bees that make a garden feel alive. The words "Have a Wonderful Birthday" are hand lettered in a soft pink script, warm and unhurried. It is a card that feels like sunshine, suited to anyone who deserves a little brightness on their birthday.
